The Three Penny Review is a prominent literary magazine, which has over 10,000 readers. You can earn as much as $200 on published poems. They accept up to five poems (but all in one document) that are unpublished, 100 lines or less and are either double-spaced or singled spaced. However, response time ranges from two days to two months, no simultaneous submissions and emails are not accepted (send via mail instead).
